Our signature retreat-style Menopausitive Workshop

Join us for an empowering workshop focused on women's health during menopause. Learn valuable tips and advice to navigate this stage of life with confidence and vitality. 


Our workshop welcomes women of all ages and stages of the menopause transition, typically ranging from 40-65 years old. We recognize that every woman’s experience is unique and valid, and education is key to navigating this transition. You are not alone — all women go through menopause!

 

What to expect: A full day of learning and connecting with other women, plus a nourishing yoga class and a delicious, nutritious lunch.

 

Some things you’ll learn: 

  • Menopause transition symptoms

  • Brain, hormones and mood changes 

  • Heart, muscles, and bone changes

  • Exercise and nutrition needs

  • Stress management strategies

  • The “positives” of this time in life and resources to support you
