Our workshops are designed to empower midlife women with health education, lifestyle strategies and a supportive community of women. We’re all about lifting up and leaning on one another in this life phase to live more in our power and joy. Join us to learn valuable tips and advice to navigate this stage of life with confidence and vitality. 


We welcome midlife women of all ages and stages of the menopause transition, typically ranging from 40-65 years old. We encourage younger women to get ahead of the curve by arming themselves with knowledge and self-health advocacy skills. We encourage women who are “through it” to take another look at the strategies and practices that maximize healthspan and minimize the health impact of hormone loss. 

 

Every woman’s experience is unique and valid, and education is key to navigating this transition and living your next chapter with power and purpose.You are never alone in this — all women go through menopause!
