  3. Consider Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT). It is a safe and viable treatment for many women. 

  4. Double down on your nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management efforts. These pillars of health help reduce symptoms and support a smoother menopause transition.

  5. Lean on and lift up other women in this shared experience. All women go through menopause. 

  6. Find a healthcare provider who is educated about menopause and will partner with you to explore treatment options.
